2026 Markets

We are finalizing the details of our upcoming markets for 2026 and invite all artists, vendors, and creators to apply. The Market Information Package is your go-to guide to learn more about the markets happening at Homer Watson House & Gallery. Our aim is to provide a platform for local artists and vendors to showcase their talents and connect with the community.

Upcoming Art Markets

Clothesline Art Sale: June 

Friday, June 12, 5:00-8:00pm 

We strive to make art more accessible, and our Clothesline Art Sale: June is the perfect opportunity for art lovers to purchase a wide range of art at varying prices. We support a diverse range of artists to display and sell their work in an easy and affordable way.  

Unframed works will be displayed on clotheslines through the trees and along the edge of the park.  

Clothesline Art Sale: August

ThursdayAugust 13, 5:00-8:00pm

We strive to make art more accessible, and our Clothesline Art Sale: August is the perfect opportunity for art lovers to purchase a wide range of art at varying prices. We support a diverse range of artists to display and sell their work in an easy and affordable way. Our August sale will have a special section welcoming artists ages 16 and under.

Art Fair

Saturday September 12, 11:00am-5:00pm

The Gallery has a rich history of being a hub for learning, teaching, creating, and enjoying art. In celebration, we are hosting our 6th annual Art Fair. The Art Fair will include a wide range of artistic styles and mediums from acrylic paintings, to photography, sculptures, textiles, and so much more! 

Spirit Market

Saturday October 3, 12:00pm-5:00pm

Homer Watson showed an interest in spiritualism at an early age, which influenced both his personal life and his artwork. In the 1920’s, Homer Watson’s interest in spiritualism was deepened with the passing of his loving wife Roxana. The Spirit Market carries on the tradition of the exploration and practice of spiritualism. Join other enthusiasts with spirit-themed vendors and workshops. From crystals, tarot cards, and art, to devilishly tasty treats, there is something for everyone!

House of Spirits Pop-Up Market

October 6 – 31

Do you need new charms for your doorways or shelves or artworks with a few more teeth? Do you wish you could see spirits abound all year ‘round? This pop-up is for you! Visit HWHG during our open hours to see local artists’ wares! 

Holiday Handhelds Pop-Up Market 

November 12 – December 24

Our holiday pop-up is the perfect place to find stocking stuffersa new ornament to hang on your cat tree, or your next favourite mug, all handmadeVisit the gallery during our open hours to see local artists’ wares alongside our Juried Show, which also has artworks for sale! This year we will have two evening shopping nights (Nov. 18, Dec. 18) where your purchases can be wrapped for you.
