Leading up to the holidays, Homer Watson House and Gallery will be presenting a series of three pop-up markets in the gallery space alongside our end-of-year juried show. The space available will be limited to plinths, shelves, and small tables within the gallery, so each pop-up theme is scaled to match. 

Our first pop-up theme is Merry Minis, for which we will consider any two-dimensional work (ink, print, paint, etc.) in any medium that is no larger than 5 inches in any dimension. The work must be original, unframed, and handmade.

The Loch Doon area was memorialized in celebrated Scottish poet, Robert Burns piece “Ye banks and braes O’ bonnie Doon”

Ye banks and braes o’ bonny Doon,
How can ye bloom sae fresh and fair?
